Product Description

Main Features :

1. Operation principle: Fixing the working piece by the half clamps, forming the pipe end by rotating three-jaw- chuck; it can form the pipe end into one groove, multiple grooves for O seals and some other shapes.

2. The machine consists of body, clamps, location, three-jaw- chuck power assembly, hydraulic feeding, moulds, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and electronic control system.

3. The body is the made through integral welding, which is strong, rigid and stable enough. It's processed integrally after relaxing.

4. The clamp is driven by hydraulic cylinder. One of the sides is stable and the other side is movable. The material of the clamps is Cr12 steel. The hardness can be HRC55 to HRC60 after the vacuum hardening.

5. It has front locating function. The movements of front locating device, hydraulic feeding and the clamping are linkaged, which makes the machine safer.

6. The rotating power of three-jaw- chuck is from the motor with the synchronous belt. The rotating speed can be adjusted. The angling cylinder pushes the rotating three-jaw- chuck to form the pipe end. Three-jaw- chuck is from KIW Japan, and the angling cylinder from CH-H Taiwan.

7. The main color of the machine is sky blue. The warning signs are marked on the machine body.

8. The electronic control system is imported. The PLC is from Mitsubishi Japan, the air-break switch is from FUJI Japan. Other components are almost from OMRON.

9. The machine has the functions of manual operation, inching operation, full automatic operation, fault display, automatic tally, status light. All processes have the function of linkage under the manual operation.
